date. In-column classified ad deadline is 1:30 p.m. of the business
day before publication. |

ads reach 8,600 subscriber households & an additional
13,100 non-subscriber households in the Union Extra.
The Union Extra is inserted in our Monday
newspaper, as well as being mailed to the additional households.
Choosing to run your ad in the Union Extra will add an extra
day to the total number of days the ad is run. Rate begins
with in-column ads of 15 words or less.* |

| CONTRACT
AND COPY REGULATIONS |

| We
reserve the right to insert the word "advertisement"
in all ads received. Liability for errors in advertisements
shall not exceed the cost of space occupied by the error. We
will provide a correction letter if we have failed to correct
errors clearly marked by the advertiser on returned proofs or
errors made by our staff. All advertising accepted is subject
to the approval of the publisher. We shall have the right to
revise or reject in whole or in part any advertisement which
is not in the best interest of our newspaper or readers. Dates
and times for cancellations of ads are the same as the deadlines
for placing ads. Every effort will be made to meet reasonable
position requests. Failure to meet any such request will not
constitute cause for adjustment, refund or rerun of the ad. |
